- Large vertical borer and radial drill.
- Power-honing, keyway cutting, and broaching.
- Portable line-boring equipment.
Services
Our welding area includes a hydraulic press (75 tonnes) and a heavy-duty forklift. Our services cover a variety of materials with MIG and TIG welders, access to high-quality profile-cut and laser-cut parts, and brazing and soldering facilities. Our senior welder Mark Kirwan is an ISO certified coded welder.

Line boring services include horizontal and vertical line boring with automatic welding and boring equipment. We handle:
- In-line boring (including blind holes) from Ø42mm to Ø400mm.
- Internal welding (including blind holes) from Ø42mm to Ø400mm.
- External welding from Ø20mm to Ø250mm.
- Tapping from Ø5mm to Ø15mm.
- Drilling from Ø8mm to Ø45mm.
- External machining from Ø45mm to Ø400mm.

IPS service Grab Buckets by overhauling all the damaged pins and bushes.
Added to this service we have introduced a major improvement by fitting a high tensile Tie Bar across the mounting pins.
The fitting of the high tensile Tie Bars eliminates damage caused by rough-handling and prolongs the life of the grab bucket.
